Odyssean is a family business operated by husband and wife team Amber and Ben Seidler. The 25 acre property has 24 paddocks and 40 stables and originally operated solely as a horse boarding property.
Odyssean opened the farm gates to guests in 2020 and is now recognised as one of the most delightful farm stay accomodation destinations in Australia, nestled in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
Hosting micro weddings, paint and sip classes and events, guests can mingle on the paddocks, sip champagne and enjoy festivities amongst the shady trees in an idyllic private location.
